It is day 1 of Women’s month. Speaking from my experience, it appears that women are not very good at prioritizing themselves and the health of their bodies. We seem to be always prioritizing our partners, our families, our friends, our careers and even our beloved pets above our own needs. The result is in the statistics you see in this infographic. For women’s month, I want to share one tip a day about how to fit in self care and wellness into your schedule. It is never too late to start!
